• Age Requirement: By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Local Laws & Regulations: Our catalog includes traditional heritage items, including handcrafted daggers (Janbiya), gadaras, walking canes, and leather holsters/covers. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the purchase, possession, and transport of these items comply with all applicable regional and national laws within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or their respective local jurisdiction.

3. Product Descriptions & Inventory

• Handcrafted Variations: Many of our products—including genuine leather goods, traditional daggers, and wooden walking canes—are handcrafted using natural materials (such as natural Brazilian leather and natural woods). As a result, minor variations in grain, texture, shade, and dimensions may occur. These natural variations enhance the uniqueness of each item and are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Pricing & Stock Availability: All prices listed on our store are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) where required by law. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or update stock availability without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

• Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an electronic order receipt. This receipt does not signify our final acceptance of your order, but rather confirms that we have received it. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including stock unavailability or payment verification issues.
• Payment Methods: We accept authorized digital payment methods, including Mada, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, and designated buy-now-pay-later services available at checkout. You guarantee that all payment details provided are accurate and authorized.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Scope: We provide shipping services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to designated international destinations as specified during checkout.
• Dispatch & Lead Times: Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are approximations. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs processing, courier operational delays, or force majeure events.
• Receiving Packages: Customers must inspect outer packaging upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged during transit, you must notify our customer support within 24 hours of receipt.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Return Window: Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and retained in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Exempt Items: Customized items, specially tailored leather goods, or hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned unless verified to have a manufacturing defect.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected at our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified product defect.

• Website Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website and reserve the right to suspend or restrict access for system maintenance or updates.
